S40 1975 Centenary Anniv. of UPU in a souvenir sheet

Issued on April 12, 1975, to commemorate the Universal Postal Union’s centenary, this souvenir sheet is the historic final release of the Khmer Republic. Just five days later, on April 17, Phnom Penh collapsed and fell to the horrid Khmer Rouge, forever altering the nation’s trajectory.
