Map taken from the Atlas de Géographie Moderne which contains many detailed world maps. This map of Indo-China dates from before 1907, the date of the treaty between France and Siam which allowed Cambodia to recover the provinces annexed by its former suzerain: the treaties of 1902 and 1904 returned to it the provinces of Melouprey and from the Bassac; that of 1907 enabled him to recover those of Battambang, Siem Reap and Banteay Mean Chey.
